Daikin Malaysia
Marketing Executive, Since July 2018
(Digital Marketing, Exhibition & Event, Promotions)
Scholarship Holder, 2018 – 2020
I’m grateful for being selected as one of the 5 Daikin scholarship holders for the year of 2017. With zero experience in Marketing field, I have taken up 3 major segments in the department with “Just Do It” attitude.
After being assigned into multiple roles, I helped to improved customer digital experience (CDX) by setting up Locate Dealer function for better O2O experience. By setting up AI chat-bot to speed up the response rate and reduce redundancy.
Besides, I’m a strong believer that collaboration is the key marketing driver instead of competition, therefore, I helped to form a collaboration with AKEMI in consumer gift campaign which has exceeded forecast sales by 127% during promotion period from. I’ve expanded exhibitions and roadshows across nationwide which resulted in 178% growth in sales compared to the previous year.

18 Celebration
Co-Founder, 2018 – 2020
18 Celebration a happiness brand that produces premium affordable jewellery.
Most of us will share the familiarity of happiness when we think about our 18s and we want this brand to bring back that kind of happiness.
Major brands in our industry markup their products 8-10x the actual cost. We do things differently. To make luxury accessible, we’ve built relationships with the best manufacturers by compiling orders in bulk that allows us to reduce wastage. Ultimately, it results in direct cost-saving to our customer in avoid extra bear cost with zero inventory.
“Fashion is an add-on waste to Earth but we can’t get rid of it.”
We started a jewellery recycle campaign starting from September 2018. We want to educate people that even the cheapest jewellery involves laborious mining process to obtain the metal. We aim to successfully recycle 1 ton of used jewellery by 2021.
In 18 Celebration, we incorporate traces of happiness into our products and services, which is why we aim to reflect this value through our tagline – Wear Happiness With You.
